Physical infrastructure and handovers
Depending on location and requirement, we provide the service directly or coordinate the datacenter, carriers and other parties. The customer receives a documented technical handover and a connectionpoint service reference.
Colocation and rack space
Assessment and coordination of rack space, power, access, installation, rack moves and technical acceptance.
Cross-connects and NNI
Ordering and coordination of ports, media, meet-me rooms, patching, demarcation and carrier handovers.
Remote hands
Planned work, visual checks, cabling, optics replacement, restarts and migration assistance under an agreed scope.
Documentation
Rack positions, ports, VLANs, handover points, service IDs, contacts and acceptance results.
Network and interconnection
Internet with static addressing, BGP transit, Layer 2, DCI, resilient handovers and temporary migration links are designed subject to technical feasibility. This may include optics, wavelengths or dark fibre, remote peering and coordination with third-party carriers.
